For the past 36 years, the Oshkosh Placement Exchange (OPE) has provided an efficient means for college and university employers to meet and interview candidates from across the country. Most employers interview for entry level, graduate assistant, and post-master’s degree residence hall positions.
As the Photographer and Videographer for the UWO Department of Residence Life, I was responsible or coordinating staff coverage, equipment logistics, and shot lists for the entirety of the Oshkosh Placement Exchange. In addition to capturing 3 days of photo and video, my team also coordinated a professional Photo Booth where attendees received free professional portraits.
All of the content was produced for the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and served various purposes for both internal and external audiences. The media we produced worked in conjunction with other marketing tools to reach candidates and employers from across the country.
